Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30+ days before

You can cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the booked time. The payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation less than 30 days before

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the booked time are non-refundable.

No-show

If you do not arrive for your booked time without notice, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Exceptions

In cases of illness or force majeure, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@valoc.fi.

Rescheduling

Reservations can be rescheduled free of charge if the request is made at least 30 days before the booked time. Rescheduling is not possible less than 30 days before the booked time.
